Invitation to tender - public tender according to the Article 17 of Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 as amended

The information notice on the imposition of public service obligations in relation to the operation of scheduled air services on the route Airport Košice (ICAO code: LZKZ) – Airport Göteborg Landvette (ICAO code: ESGG) v. v. (C/2026/507) was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 21 January 2026. [link] 

The information notice on invitation to tender in respect of the operation of scheduled air services in accordance with public service obligations (C/2026/506) was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 21 January 2026. [link] 

 

Taking into account the Article 17(6) of Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 September 2008 on common rules for the operation of air services in the Community (recast) (OJ L 293, 31. 10. 2008) as amended the request for communication of "relevant information and documents"  i.e. the invitation to tender and its annexes is submitted by "the party interested in the tender", i.e. the air carrier or its legal representative on the basis of the written authorisation. 

 

Request for communication of "relevant information and documents" i.e. communication of the invitation to tender and its annexes

  • is submitted to aviationPSO@mindop.sk
  • in the subject line of the e-mail message is necessary to state "request for documents - PSO - LZKZ-ESGG"
  • if the request is submitted by air carrier it is necessary
    • to provide operating licence number (if allocated by the competent licensing authority)
    • to provide the name or business name or first name and surname of the air carrier
    • to provide the organisation identification number - the air carrier (if assigned)
    • to provide the principal place of business (address of registered office) or address of permanent residence or address of the place of business of the air carrier
  • if the request is submitted by legal representative of the air carrier it is necessary
    • to provide the name or business name or first name and surname of the air carrier and the operating licence number (if allocated by the competent licensing authority)
    • to provide the name or business name or first name and surname of the legal representative
    • to provide the identification number of the organisation - legal representative (if assigned)
    • to provide the principal place of business (address of registered office) or address of permanent residence or address of the place of business of the legal representative
    • to submit written authorisation to represent the air carrier with regard to the imposition of a public service obligation.
