Human resources Office

Human resources Office is divided into three departments covering human resources, compensation and education. It coordinates and assists the Ministry with civil service and labour law compliance in the public interest. The Personnel Office is tasked with continuous coverage of employment relationships at the Ministry level, while also directing in this area organisations reporting to it which the Ministry has established. It provides education to employees, compensation to them and accordingly participates in collective bargaining and the preparing of draft collective agreements.
