Product Contact Point for Construction according to Regulation (EU) No 305/201, Art. 10        

Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic is Product Contact Point for Construction according to Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC, Art. 10. It provides information on the conditions for placing construction products on the market, on provisions aimed at meeting the basic requirements for construction Works applicable to the intended use of each construction product.

Product Contact Point for Construction is also part of the of the assistance and problem-solving services according to Regulation (EU) 2018/1724 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a single digital gateway to provide access to information, to procedures and to assistance and problem-solving services and amending Regulation (EU) No 1024/2012.

Product Contact Point for Construction provides information free of charge and within 15 working days upon the request. Enquiries can be submitted in English and Slovak.
